View Cover & Room Changes

Any cover or room changes automatically appear on your timeline on the Ed:Gen dashboard.

It is advisavle to refresh the dashboard throughout the day so that any updates are visible. This can be done using the refresh icon on the top right of the toolbar.

Whole school room changes and cover can be viewed via the wizard bar, under Cover Manager. The day and view can be changed using the menu on each screen.

Student Photo List

Once you have selected the students you need from within Student Manager either by form/year or academic (classes)

You can use the pink drop down menu in the top right to select 'Students Photo Report' and a new window will be displayed with the selected photos.

*NB issue with students names has been logged with Ed:gen
