Each program is expected to communicate with athletes and parents each week with respect to practices and games. Also, any special events or information parents or athletes need to know. Email is the most convenient method using a developed template with information plugged in. This information should also be updated on the website.

Using social media for communication can be fast and effective. Please be sure that any social media posts create a positive impression of our school and community. Also, be sure that posts are appropriate.

Score Reports

Scores should be updated, for all levels, in Maxpreps and on the school website. It shows pride in your program to update scores quickly, regardless of the outcome.
