The establishment of the Wushu Team to date to 15 years, adherence to the traditional concept of the sport, after-school and holiday time, a positive commitment to training and the development of growing foreign participation in competitions or performances are rich results, particularly the national race results often victory.

The Wushu Team in addition to the outstanding performance, coach during the week and under the guidance of the innovative breakthrough, the various elements of the Martial Arts Dragon and Lion Dance and weapons of the flag, etc.

武術隊成立迄今以15年多，秉持發揚傳統體育的理念，利用課餘及假日時間，積極投入訓練，日益蓬勃發展，對外參加比賽或表演均有豐富成效，特別是全國賽成績屢屢奪冠。

武術是本縣傳統的運動強項，亦是我國在亞運競賽種類中，重要的奪牌項目。目前亦是2020奧運會運動競賽備選項目，2016年亞洲武術錦標賽我校校友更是勇奪2銀1銅的好成績。

本校武術隊除了在各項表現優異之外，在周教練的帶領下，不斷創新突破，將各種國武術元素，從舞龍舞獅、兵器、大旗等等形式，融入在表演當中。
