Southbound from Taipei:

Take Taroko Tsu-Chiang Limited Express(太魯閣自強號), Puyuma Tsu-Chiang Limited Express(普悠瑪自強號),

Taroko Tsu-Chiang Limited Express(自強號), Chu-Kuang Express(莒光號) to Luodong Station, and walk to Cheng-Gong Elementary School.

Northbound from Hualien:

Take Taroko Tsu-Chiang Limited Express(太魯閣自強號), Puyuma Tsu-Chiang Limited Express(普悠瑪自強號),

Taroko Tsu-Chiang Limited Express(自強號), Chu-Kuang Express(莒光號) to Luodong Station, and walk to Cheng-Gong Elementary School.

<Note: Walk from Luodong Bus Station to Cheng-Gong Elementary School takes approximately 17 mins.>

Head west on Section 3, ChuanYi Road(傳藝路) toward ZhanDong Road(站東路).

-->Turn left onto  ZhanDong Road, walk 300 meters.

-->Turn right onto Section 3, ZhongShan Road(中山路), then pass through the railway, walk 400 meters.

-->Turn left onto ZhongZhen Road(中正路), walk 250 meters.-->Go straight on ZhongZhen South Road(中正南路), walk 70 meters.-->Turn right onto WenHua Street(文化街), walk 230 meters.-->Destination will be on the right.
