The plan  is entrusted from the Yilan County government and Ministry of Education. The aim is to make full use educational resources of school, where provided the school places, teachers who are trained related by the 

Teacher evaluation committee. To arrange suitable activity and help parents to solve the problem of taking care after school.

「課後照顧計畫」

是教育部與宜蘭縣政府委託本校所辦理的計畫。目的是希望充分運用學校的教育資源，由本校提供上課場所、以及本校教評會甄選受過相關訓練的教師，安排適當的活動內容，協助家長解決子女課後照顧的問題。  為了提供孩子真正需要的照顧內涵，因此本校的課後照顧方案特別注重二個面向：

1.平等的享有課後照顧的機會：特別對低收入家庭子女、原住民子女以及領有身障手冊的學童則給予減免，讓孩子不因家庭經濟狀況而影響其平等學習與受照顧的機會。

2.結合生活教育課程設計：課後照顧方案秉持著「學校是一個大家庭」的理念，讓孩子在學校與家庭之間的空檔時間，都可以得到充分的關心照顧。  

    本校從98學年度開辦以來成效非常好，廣受家長的好評。在校長與全校教職員的全力支持，希望將來可以繼續惠及眾多一般家庭和弱勢家庭的小孩。
