3.財物、勞務及營繕工程之監辦等事項。

4.財產管理之監辦事宜。

5.會計憑證之審核等事項。

6.編製付款憑單及各類傳票。

7.半年結算及年度決算之編製。

8.預算執行進度之控制及追蹤。

9.預付及代收代辦款項之清理。

10.會計報告之編製及會計憑證之整理裝訂事項。

11.各類統計報表之保管。

12.其他會計相關事項及上級交辦事項。
