閱讀推動

The school had promoted this long-term plan about reading education for 10 years.  


The group of Read education has experienced several times of the seminars, set for 10 years as deadline, divided three parts to promote reading education.


First part

The school built library as the reading basement for Chen gong elementary school during 101 to 103 semesters (foundation period)


Applying to set library for promoting reading education to teachers and deal with every of promoting the work of reading education to raise students to borrow more books to achieve an abundance of reading and extensive reading as the purpose of this plan.


Second part

The school leads teachers starting out from the standard of text to raise the professional atmosphere about reading education by two items (raising the students' accomplishment of reading and dedicating teachers themselves to progress about reading teaching) during 104 to 106 semesters (growing period) in this school.


Third part

During 107 to 110 semesters (maturation period)

The purpose is raising the child's motivation for reading hundreds books as a target. So, the school encouraged classes to establish the reading group and set up the list of classical reading books, we also expect students can reach reading hundreds of books to strengthen the quality of reading before they graduate from school.


To manage the school's library


1. Classification management: It adopts a way to divide books into ten items, set English picture books, biography and others 


2. Facebook: Set website of Facebook about team of reading  in Cheng gong by looking through the index of school to connect and browse.  


3. Topic reads: We plan the different theme of the book fair in every month.


4. The chassis class: the establishment of the school tour to provide the chassis store classes of teachers in reading activities.


5. The Chinese Children series of books: organize  all of the files from those books to the computer catalog, take 30 books as a collection, all of collections are 565, nearly 2 million are registered and  designed to provide those books to teachers as  supplementary teaching materials and extracurricular reading in teaching.


學校閱讀推動10年長期計畫

本校「閱讀推動小組」歷經數次研討,規劃以10年為期,分三階段循序漸進的方式逐步推動閱讀:

第一階段:奠基期--101-103學年,以「建立圖書館為成功國小的閱讀基地」為

          主軸,申請設立圖書館閱讀推動教師,辦理各項閱讀推動工作,促進

          學生借閱量的大幅提升,達到大量閱讀、廣泛閱讀的目的。

第二階段:成長期--104-106學年,以「學生閱讀素養的提升、教師閱讀教學的精進」為主軸,帶領本校教師從課文本位出發,提升閱讀教學專業素養。

第三階段:成熟期--107-110學年,以「成功風華百年、悅讀經典百本」為目標,鼓勵班級成立讀書會,並建立經典閱讀書單,期望學生畢業前完成百本閱讀,鞏固閱讀的品質。

經營管理學校圖書館

1、分類管理:採用「中國圖書十大分類」,並設立英語、繪本、傳記等專區。

2、FB社群:成立「成功愛閱團」FB社群,可透過學校首頁進行連結與瀏覽。

3、主題閱讀:每月規畫主題書展,涵蓋各領域議題,增加多元閱讀。

4、班級書箱:建立本校巡迴書箱書庫,提供教師進行班級共讀活動。

5、中華兒童叢書:整理本校珍藏之「中華兒童叢書」,全部重新電腦編目建檔,30本為一套,共565套、近2萬冊,並設計學習單,提供教師借閱,做為教學之補充教材與課外閱讀。
