To start a Google Drawing out of your drive, go to New > More > Google Drawings

To insert a selfie, click Insert > Image > Camera

(Or, insert another image by searching the web or from drive.)

To take and insert the photo, click on the Camera, then Insert, and resize the image by dragging the corner.

To insert text, click on Insert > Word Art, and type your message.

Change your font and format however you would like.

If needed, you can download the file as a jpg to share it, place it in another project, or save it to your computer.
