Title III Consortium
The EL Title III Consortium Grant is committed to providing high quality services to support member districts’ Title III grant activities. Services are designed to provide leadership in goal development, professional development planning, assessment, best instructional practices, interventions, alignment to the Common Core, and program evaluation. Additional fee-based EL services are provided to all districts, including those not in the CESA 7 Title III Consortium.
Services Include:
CESA 7 Title III Consortium Grant Coordination
Development and Submission of the Title III Consortium Grant Plan and Evaluation Report
Title III Goal Development and Planning
Title III Evaluation Guidance
Onsite Consultation in Title III Program Development, Assessment and Accountability, 2nd Language Acquisition, Language Levels, Strategies, Differentiating Lessons, Planning Instruction, etc.
Financial Management of District Reimbursements of Title III Grant Funds
Liaison to DPI on Statewide Title III Issues
E-mail Helpdesk for EL and Title III Services
Updates on EL Professional Development, News, and Tips
Free Access to EL Resources and Books
EL Professional Development Training on Standards Implementation, Instructional Strategies, ILPs, Cultural Diversity, and RTI for ELs, etc.
Offsite Support on EL Related Topics and Questions
