Literacy Audits, Training and Support

Literacy Services

Our Literacy Specialists assist districts in strengthening their literacy programs through comprehensive audits, professional development, and coaching. A literacy audit helps districts assess their curriculum, instructional practices, and school-wide structures to identify strengths and areas for growth. Based on audit findings, our specialists support districts in continuous improvement planning through targeted professional learning, such as workshops led by national and local experts, ELA standards training, and coaching on implementing the Units of Study.

In addition to curriculum and assessment support, our specialists provide instructional coaching and training in best practices, including RtI and literacy interventions, technology integration, and literacy assessments. They work closely with PK-12 educators, literacy coaches, administrators, and curriculum directors to enhance literacy across all content areas. Prioritizing intervention strategies, instructional improvement, and school culture shifts, our specialists help districts address learning loss and support student recovery while fostering effective literacy instruction.
