A career pathway is a structured sequence of academic and career-focused courses that begins in ninth grade and leads to industry-recognized credentials, associate degrees, or higher education opportunities. In K-12 education, career pathways are implemented through each district’s Academic and Career Planning (ACP) process, helping students connect their education to future career goals. We support schools by providing guidance, resources, and regional collaboration to develop and strengthen career pathways that align with workforce needs and student aspirations.
