Each scholar and school-based supervisor will complete a total of three Professional/Human Relations Dispositions Rubric documents during the course of the Scholar's program. These rubrics require scholars and supervisors to rate the scholar's professional habits, ethical practice, ability to collaborate with others, and ability to create a positive learning environment.

In the student teaching term, scholars are rated in their own classroom using the WI Teacher Standards four times by the Teacher-Coach.
They are evaluated once in their own classroom by the Mentor using the simplified form.
