The Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council of Contra Costa County provides a variety of court-ordered first and multiple offender DUI programs, including PC-1000 programs, court-ordered alcohol defense offense programs for adolescents, substance abuse assessments for adults and adolescents, and out-of-state substance abuse assessments.

NAMI (National Association of Mental Illness) provides support for individuals with mental illness and their families through advocacy for improving the care, treatment, rehabilitation, and status of individuals with mental illness, public education and awareness, peer education, and support.
