The Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council of Contra Costa County provides a variety of court-ordered first and multiple offender DUI programs, including PC-1000 programs, court-ordered alcohol defense offense programs for adolescents, substance abuse assessments for adults and adolescents, and out-of-state substance abuse assessments.
