Monument Impact's Day Labor program connects skilled day laborer men and women with employers, ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions. Skills available include carpentry, tile work, painting, and other labor. Aside from short-term work, the day labor program also offers workshops and classes for members to develop trade skills, which will enable clients to find steadier work. All this program asks is that they are willing to invest the time and hard work necessary to relaunch their career. Each Rubicon participant begins their journey by completing the two-week Foundations Workshop. After completing the workshop, each participant is connected with an Impact Coach. If our program seems like a good fit, you will be scheduled to meet with one of our Impact Coaches to discuss your goals, and our program eligibility requirements.

The Workforce Development Program at St. Vincent de Paul provides training and work experience for those who are new to or have been out of the workforce. The goal of the program is to help participants with barriers to employment find long-term, satisfactory work at a decent wage upon the conclusion of the 24-week program.
