Affirming/attesting IEP's.
This is based on new information from the state and Selpa due to the transition from CASEMIS to CALPADS.
* All IEP meetings must be affirmed within 3 days of when the IEP meeting was held.
For example, if an IEP meeting were held on August 20, the IEP must be affirmed by August 23.
* All annual IEP meetings must be held and affirmed at least two days prior to the "Next Annual IEP" date. For example, if the "Next Annual IEP" date is September 12, 2019, then the IEP must be held and affirmed by September 10, 2019.
* All initial and triennial IEP meetings must be held and affirmed at least two days prior to the 60 day timeline. For example, if an evaluation is due on December 3 (60 days after the assessment plan was signed), then the IEP must be held and affirmed by December 1. This effectively gives the IEP team 58 days to hold and affirm an IEP.
