Lily Pauly "Castle"

My idea for this was to make a castle and cut out all of the details. Originally the background was going to be a solid color but it looked better with clounds in the background. My process for this was to do the outlines of the castle first cut that out then paint it. Lastly I had painted the cloudy sky in the background and add the 3D sticky dots to the back of the castle so it was 3D. The artwork has no meaning. The most difficult part was to make sure the little cutouts didn't break off because they were flimsy the smaller they got. If I started over I would add more detailing in the water color because I feel like it could be more detailed. The style is realism, and its unique to my style becuase I think castles are very beautiful.
