Lily Pauly "Olives"

My idea was to just find something to draw. Olives looked like something I would enjoy drawing and I also really like olives. My process for this was first outlining my olives in pencil. Then I started shading in my colored pencil. I did a lot of overlapping my colors and used multiple shades of each color to get it to blend together. The most difficult part was to make the green part look realistic and shiny. If I started over I would try to make the red middle look more like its inside the olive. I would also add more shading. This is realism. Its unique to my own style because its a fruit/ Vegtable and i enjoy drawing them. Also I really like olives.
