Lily Pauly, "Butterfly"

My idea of this was for it to kind of pair with my lemons. I used the same striped background but in orange to match the butterfly. My process was to outline, then to color it with colored pencil. For the little white dots I used a white paint marker to get the bright white color. The artwork has no meaning. The most difficult part was making the wings look realistic because there very detailed. If I started over I would add more butterflies. This artwork is realism and its unique to me becuase it matches my other drawing.
