Dear parents and friends,
Please sponsor our Cadets in Culpeper and Eastern View High School Junior ROTC this year!
The purpose of the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program is to instill a value of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment. We do this by developing informed and responsible citizens, develop leadership skills, and strong character. Our ROTC program promotes the cadets to have “no fear” in their journey through life. They are representative of the Marines Corps, their faith, our country, the community, and your family. To highlight the cadets’ strengths and values, our ROTC program participates in various activities such as USMC Birthday Ball, Field Trips, and Competitions in order to bring the best out of them. Although the Marine Corps pay for most things, but not for activities and some of them can be expensive. Therefore, fundraising will be required to minimize the cost. To have a robust ROTC program, we will need your help with donations.
Our unit receives no financial support for projects, competitions, or field trips. The Marine Corps provides uniforms, academic material, and training assets. However, fundraising is a must to pay for competition entry fees, team sportswear, transportation, including food and lodging. We will appreciate any dollar amount you donate to help us achieve our goals this year. Please consider a tax-deductible donation to Culpeper’s MCJROTC program.
Please make checks payable to “Eastern View High School MCJROTC”.

What does corporate or individaul sponsor mean?
Corporate sponsorship is a form of support nonprofits receive from corporations for an event or other project. The benefits are twofold: nonprofits receive the help they need to continue serving their missions, while the company receives tax deductions and a positive boost in their brand.
