Computer-Aided Design Pathway
LFO's Computer-Aided Design pathways are comprised of both the Engineering Drafting & Design Pathway as well as the Architectural Drawing & Design Pathway.
Engineering Drafting & Design Pathway
This pathway is designed to give students knowledge of all major aspects of Engineering Drafting and Design through Detail, Assembly and Working Drawings. Students will learn AutoCAD, and Inventor, drawing media, plotting, blueprinting and 3D printing.
Architectural Drawing & Design
This pathway is designed to give students knowledge of all major aspects of residential architecture, construction documents, software, drawing media, plotting, blueprinting, and 3D printing. Students will learn to use AutoCad and Revit Software to develop detailed house plans, specifications, and codes necessary for Architectural drafting.
