Pants Length
Front Part
Draw a perpendicular line.
Mark A as a starting point.
2. A-B is crotch measurement. Measure downward then square across.
A-C is the pants length. Measure downward the square across.
3. A-E is 1/4 of the hipline measurement. Square upward then mark E1.
E-F is 1 and 1/2 inches forward.
F-G is also 1 and 1/2 inches forward.
4. Find the middle of B and F then mark H. square downward until it reach the line of the C the mark H1.
From H1 measure 1/4 of the ankle measurement backward (mark I) and 1/4 ankle measurement forward (mark I1)
Connect the F & I1 and also B &I using the hip curve.
5. E1-J is 1/4 of the waist measurement plus 1 inch for the dart.
Find the center then mark K. From point K measure 3 inches downward and mark L. Measure 1/2inch forward (mark M) and 1/2 inch backward (mark N.)
Connect the point K,N,M to L using straight ruler.
Connect A&B using hip curve.
From point E measure 2 inches upward then mark. Connect that mark to point F using French curve.

6. Point A to #1 is 2 and 1/2 inches. From E1 measure 1 inch upward then connect to point #1 using ruler.
#1-#2 is 1/4 of the waist measurement plus 1 inch for the dart.
Find the middle of 1&2 then mark #3 measure 3 inches downward then mark 4 forward 1/4 inch (mark 5) backward 1/4 inch (mark 6)
Connect 3,5,&6 to 4 and point E to 2 using ruler.
Measure 2 inches from E upward then mark. Connect the mark to point G using french curve.
7. I-7 is 1/2 inch
I1-8 is 1/2 inch
From B measure 1 inch backward the mark B1.
Connect the B1 & 7 and G&8 using hip curve.
Finished pants pattern.
