Week 8

I was able to listen to a education podcast for 300 min. and an hour a day. i learned behavior skills like talking them down and having an environment to not escalate the situation to start with.

this week that some days are harder then others, sometimes the students don't want to work and it makes it very hard to push them to learn. I also learned that strong class management makes life easier, even though it was hard with our management in place we were able to turn the day around and get what we needed to be done because of our classroom management.
