Week 4

 What does a transformational teacher?

 i think that a transformational teacher gets feedback and is willing to change and actually change and take the advice given to them.

This week how did I better my IPLP,  I read a few articles for about twenty minutes, to see what there is the different between hegertiy and other different avenues, I learned that hegerity is not always the best, the next was thirty min for my math praxis test and I feel that it made me a better teacher because I was having a hard time with my  test  with the fraction potion so by studying I was able to remember 

what to do with them so then I can be a better teacher and when I teach in the higher grades I can help them as well.
