Below are 6 deliverables that are examples of strategies applicable to the classroom. This document is a rough sketch of what this project was intended to be and the following deliverables were the outcome. The goal of this project was to find strategies that best engage both online and in person learners.
A key element of engaging students is to make sure that they are not overstimulated. Students are easily overwhelmed when they feel limited in the amount of control that they have over their success. By giving them many opportunities to learn from failure rather than letting it define them, they can become more effective learners and stay engaged.
Discussions that are centered on not only active learning but active improving help to enhance the conversation by making students into better communicators. This allows them to receive feedback that is immediately applicable and makes each individual more eager to participate.
Part of being an efficient teacher is to be an efficient team mate and a clear communicator. This presentation was created and presented as a group and addresses many essential details that can be taken into account when teaching classes of various age groups.
