For example, what happens when children don't feel safe with their teacher. A big problem could be that children need to feel confident in adults. For this example, the children should feel comfortable with the teacher on duty. For this, the teacher has a range of items that can be used that children can relate to or are familiar with. The teacher has to involve those elements in the class. Establish goals together with his students to develop during the class period.
Below, I present the 4 points that I consider important to highlight in my field project and next to the action steps to show you.
What to do when a child does not want to address the teacher for not having confidence in him?
What do I do to increase the confidence of the students in me?
What can I do in the next class so that my students have no problem trusting me?
I think it would be good to talk to the parents of the children to find out any information that I need to know. Also, there are many opinions about it. It is important for me as a teacher to be an expert in the subject I am teaching, since that way the students will have the confidence to ask me anything. Another point is to know the students. Each student is different and has their own problems, challenges, etc., so there could be different reasons for not trusting adults. In cases where children do not trust adults, it could be because they are strangers. There are cases that due to being unknown, children do not even speak. Meeting the students makes me a well-known understanding and charitable teacher. I think it is good that students can have an interesting goal, I can give them an illusion to continue and so they can make an effort and ask me anything they need. The textbook also mentions that teachers must take care of students' self-esteem. Students' self-esteem can be due to many factors, be it cultural, home, etc. Being able to protect students helps them feel confident in what they do. Therefore, they will feel the trust in the one who teaches them.
Students have different types of needs to meet. The simplest thing is what your parents can provide you at home, such as a roof to sleep in or food to eat. Also, children must be disciplined and taught.
In a classroom, the students need to express their ideas, play with other children, learn to read, know how to write, practice self-esteem, etc., within a range of possibilities embedded in education.
For the example I'm giving, I believe that providing a learning environment that encourages student participation creates bonds of trust. If they don't feel that security, they are going to be confused, stressed, etc. That is why I like the idea of giving instructions that are understood from the beginning
Build trust with students quickly by identifying things that stand out to them. Among those things, I can mention the elements that they know and that they enjoy. I think I should review my teaching method. There I can implement advice from other teachers, or examples that I have seen in the past that are effective.
I attached my PowerPoint presentation on my Field Project done in class.
Family, Culture, and Society
I think that anyway you should try to start a conversation with the parents of the students. It is not always possible, but there are different ways to achieve it. A useful tool could be the information that a previous teacher can give us regarding the student.
Physical and Brain Development
The children spend a lot of time in school with the teachers. For this reason, the school becomes a place of educational training not only of the subject to follow, but also of values and way of life. It is interesting to know that at different stages of the child's growth, there is also brain growth. Depending on their age, they have results according to what they are learning and how they are learning it. There are different kinds of challenges that help them develop the brain part.
Cognitive Development
Children can learn very quickly and ration the information they receive. They can generate ideas that may surprise the adult mind. Each stage of children is good to be able to challenge them according to their abilities. The important thing is that they can work on exercising the mind for better development.
Cognitive Processes
Looking for the interests of the students, and according to their ages, creating memory activities that may be of interest to them. So, I want to incorporate into my classes tools, games, or any material that helps students develop a better memory. Surely I will have a fixed vocabulary so that they can learn, in addition to playing games related to words. Obviously adapting them to the relevant age.
Theories of Intelligence
With the knowledge of how intelligence develops or how it acts in students, I think it is easy for one to make prejudices in the first instance. You have to constantly measure the students to see how they are progressing. The thing is to be able to recognize the special cases.

Sense of Self, Social Understandings
I think it is important to keep in mind that if our students are different, it is not for a cultural reason but we must remember that we are not all the same. None of us think the same as the other. Puberty is one more stage that we have all gone through. I think it is interesting to consider how students consider themselves during educational time at school. As an educator, one has to be aware of the difficulties that students may have since today it is more common to have problems other than those that one may have in school.
Self Regulation, Motivation
I think it is important as teachers to take into account what is going to help us best in our classes. Also, seeking and accepting instructional help could be a more effective way of knowing what to improve or include in our classes. As a student, I believe that it is important to be able to develop personal motivation as one goes international with the information that one receives. You cheer up when you know you are learning. As a teacher, I would like my students to feel that they are learning rather than confuse them with what they are learning.
There is a range of things that could affect teaching to students, be it noise, distractions, cultural sense, what is morally correct, etc. Each of them is implications that could be in a classroom. So as teachers it is essential to be calm and to be in order because you cannot cover everything so quickly. Step by step to solve problem by problem.
As educators, we must learn that we can take advantage of helping students understand what is expected of them as students and future professionals. Everyone has their difficulties, even so, it is necessary that each one knows how to behave.
In this map, I want to indicate the two processes in which we will be involved, which are teaching and learning. In my case, language learning.
I wanted to share this file because it shows my philosophy of how to teach and learn.
In this world, many want to be successful in all things. Within which the person is action-oriented. One must be open-minded with a habit of setting clear and achievable goals. Sometimes one will fail or remember a bad experience, but we must not let that event invade us. One must always give the best of oneself. And most importantly, have passion and a desire to be better. The results of success are not overnight but constant work until you achieve it.
