Over the past several years, Heather has learned to let go of the messages telling her that she always needed to do more and be more - and reconnect with her inner truth that knows she is already worthy and whole without having to prove anything. Prior to becoming a speaker and author, Heather worked for a decade in human resources for Fortune 500 companies in the US, Australia, and Latin America. Her second book will be published in the fall of 2023. Learn more about Heather at www.heatherwhelpley.com.
