Kerry O’Grady is a former Special Agent in the United States Secret Service. Having retired after spending 25 years in a white, male-dominated field, she is witness to workplace disparities and unconscious biases that prevent women and minorities from obtaining equality in the workplace and criminal justice system. Determined to use her privilege and energy to advocate for the rights of women and minorities, she’s one of the key organizers of the 2020 Women’s March and has spent years volunteering her time to the Rape Assistance and Awareness Program and The Blue Bench. Kerry is devoted to disabling a system of oppression and empowering women and girls everywhere.
