I'm originally from Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. Xi’an is one of the oldest cities in China, it is the starting point of the Silk Road, and home to the Terracotta Army. The diversity of Xi'an gave me exposure to different cultures and history. This exposure helped me develop an open mind, love of history, and thirst for adventure.
I came to the US in 2014 through a cultural exchange program. Throughout the years, I have been working with children with special needs in different settings. I immensely enjoy working with children and am excited by seeing them make progress. This experience is what led me to achieve a Special Education master degree in 2018 at Xavier University Ohio.
The first place I traveled when I came to the US was Alaska; I fell in love with the breathtaking view instantly. In 2015, I met my husband, and then we started to travel together. We visited a lot of places in the US, also other countries like Cambodia, China, and Mexico. My husband and I are so excited about the adventures and memories we will make at Stebbins. I am looking forward to growing with students and families at Stebbins this school year.

I’m from Stebbins – I grew up here.
I worked at our school during 2001-2003 school year and came back after all these years. This is my first year back since 2003. My last occupation was as Assistant Manager for Stebbins Native Store.
I like working here because of the friendly staff and students! When I’m not at work I like to go out Honda riding with my kids and enjoy the outdoors.
This year I’m looking forward to completing my first year, and I’m looking forward for this school year to be fun!
