This guide is intended to give information on how you can ensure your property remains legally compliant, safe and of good quality. We'll highlight some sections as specific 'Landlord's Obligations', which means these are aspects we require you to adhere to as part of the lease.
Please make sure you also read you lease carefully, paying particular attention to the checklist of requirements towards the end.
