The easiest way to update open results or notes is to click the link at the bottom of an email that you have received. Otherwise, you can find open results on the site is by viewing the widget on the Dashboard.
Scrolling to the bottom, you can add your comments which will be picked up by the Lettings team.
You can view all results of safety checks at your property, green or red, by clicking the button Task Data at the top right of the ZetaSafe site.
To view notes not related to safety checks, you can go to Locations, click your property and then click View location notes from the side menu.
