The software was originally developed as a legionella compliance tool, but being highly configurable, the developers have since widened its scope as a method of keeping track of compliance issues in general. It's main functions are:
Storing certification
Safety checks
Tracking maintenance and other information
We have developed various checklists, which are organised into lists of tasks, and assigned to a schedule specific to each property.
It is also possible to add and progress non-safety related issues to particular properties ('locations') so that a record can be held of events over time.
Your login will give you access to the results of these checklists, and other information concerning your properties, helping us to work as a team. You will be able to see actions that we have taken, be notified of issues and feedback actions that you have taken.
The system will send you emails to notify you of any tasks that you may need to be aware of or involved with or upcoming document expiries, so the most important thing is to keep an eye on your emails.
If you wish, you a can login to the system at any time and get an overview of completed and outstanding work, or any documents with approaching expiry dates.
We will be on hand to help out if you are unsure of anything.
Login details are sent via email, so you won't be able to access it until you have been given a login.
You can access the desktop site via this link: https://www.zetasafe.net/login
The app is for making on-site checks, so you may not necessarily need it, but it be found on Google Play or the App Store.
If you are having difficulty accessing the site, please let us know.
The software uses some specific terminology. Understanding this is key to understanding how the system works:
Location = Property
Compliance scheme = A collection of Assets that are assigned against a location
Asset = A list of Tasks needed to be done at the Location; a checklist
Task = A check or action, e.g. ‘test smoke detectors’, 'upload gas certificate renewal'
Result = An outcome from a Task. This can be ‘satisfactory’, or have other statuses if it is not (e.g. ‘in progress’)
