EPISODE ONE: In the woods Somewhere

We follow the point of view of Mark as he records his time on a Sony Cassette recorder. In the pilot episode Mark and Trevor have just arrived in the north Minnesota forest and begin to head out. Nothing particularly weird or out of the ordinary is yet to happen. They move off the tracks and soon find themselves quite lost. They aren't frustrated yet but there is some tension. Trevor disappears and he jumps out to spook Mark which eases the tension. Night falls and they begin to pitch up a tent and start a small fire to keep warm. They eat cereal bars for dinner and Mark signs off at 11:48PM.

EPISODE TWO: 'X' marks the spot

Day two. They walk deeper into the woods. This is when things begin to get odd. They find themselves crossing the same bits of land. Eventually Trevor creates a marker with a can of spray paint on a tree. They keep on walking for a few more hours until they hear a weird screeching noise and heavy footsteps getting closer. Trevor sees the monster 'oh my god, what the hell is that?'. 'it's the wendigo' Mark replies. Trevor grabs mark (mid recording) and tugs him along. They run and run and run before they eventually find the tree that Trevor had spray painted. Trevor tackles Mark pulling him down into bush. They hide there until dawn.

"I was so worried, I thought I lost you! wheres your shirt? why are you covered in blood?" "Hungry...i'm so hungry...starving" Trevor says. Mark is confused. he doesnt know what Trevor is talking about. "What do you mean...? I- I saw you just a few hours ago." "Hours? it's been months..." Trevor grits through his teeth inbetween sobs. "Months! There's no way out! You will never leave!" Trevor begins to walk towards Mark. Mark tells him to stay back. "He is watching! Always! He will never let you go!"
