In BTEC Sport there are two sections of the course that assessed through exams in the first year:
Anatomy and Physiology
Fitness Training and Programming for Health, Sport and Well-being
There are some short preparation tasks for both sections which you can find below...
Task 1: Learn the bones, muscles and components of fitness in order to have a baseline understanding of the exam content.
Task 2: Research what sports would each component be useful in and how can you improve your abilities in each of the components of fitness?
