When you remove any implant instrument or component from the implant cupboard in steri, please follow these steps:
Collect all the required equipment (eg drivers, impression copings etc)
For each pouch, take from stock an empty pouch, and write the name of the component on the back of the empty pouch. Use a sharpie.
Take the full and empty pouches into surgery.
When the dentist has used the equipment, place it in the matching new pouch and take it to steri for processing.
