Locate the network switch. At Bite it is the cupboard under the autoclaves. It is a box about the size of an A5 diary. It has a power cable and 6 network cables connected to it.
Remove the power cable, wait 1 minute, plug the power cable back in.
Inform your line manager
Check who has logged into the Steri PC. Only certain logins can write to the folder that contains the barcodes. Log out of the PC and login again as "Steri".
