Putting it all together.

Your project manager has had a relatively easy time so far, putting together the foundations of the presentation but now he or she really has to come into their own as you all start to finish you.

And they will need help.

As a group storyboard what you want your project to look like. Now you have your content, how are you going to get it into order? Remember these presentations are going to be submitted to global campus, so it's not just going to be seen internally.

I am using the words presentation, but that does not exclusively mean PowerPoint or slides. You can use Canva, iMovie, or whatever you want.

Ensure that all credit is appropriately given. Ensure a page is included in your presentation where all team members and their job titles are mentioned.

If you need help with what a storyboard looks like, have a look here. There are no hard and fast rules, its a sketch of what your presentation should look like.

Your presentation is made - DO NOT SEND IT. Store it in a repository such as Google Drive and make sure you set the share settings so all can see it, not just those with a bisvietnam.com account.

Supply a link on the form here for school purposes and for MIT to see it send it here. Once you have submitted it to MIT, double- check and make sure you can open it again. In other words, have you shared the document correctly?

Then, finally, in your classroom

There are around 4 to 6 groups in a class. Assume 5 minutes per presentation that is 20 - 30 minutes at the end of the day, (from around 2:00 - 2:10 to allow time to tidy away).

So you now have 30 minutes to plan your presentation. What are you going to say? How are you going to put it together? Begin to script what you are doing and make sure everyone gets a voice. If you are doing a video, you can use the extra time to record your voice.

Active Listening

Be Courteous. Active Listening is about treating others how you want to be treated. You may have recorded your presentation in a video, but even so you want people to pay attention to your work, so please pay attention to others.
