Coach Gutshall has been coaching wrestling at Big Spring Wrestling for 20 years as assistant at the junior high and high school levels and the head coach for 8 years. Under his direction the Bulldogs have had 11 state qualifiers including 4 place winners. They have also won three Colonial Division Championships. Coach Gutshall teaches Government and Law at Big Spring High School. He lives in Newville with his wife Carrie and children Leah, Molly, Kate, and Jack.

He is married to Noelle and they have two sons. They currently reside in Boiling Springs.

Greg is a 2014 graduate of Big Spring, He was part of the 2011 team to make history and become the first team in school history to qualify for a team state tournament while also making it as a team in 2012, 4x team Colonial Division Champs, 3x Individual State Qualifier, 100 match winner.

After High School Greg attended York College where he majored in Sports Management. During his time at York he wrestled all 4 years, 4x NCAA All American (2016-5th, 2017-8th, 2018-2nd, 2019-2nd), NWCA Scholar All American, 100 match winner.

Last year was Greg's first year coaching as an Assistant with Big Spring.

Currently Greg works as a National Recruiter for Planet Pharma and lives in Carlisle with his wife, Naomi.

Coach Hetrick has been a wrestling coach at Big Spring for 8 years As a Jr Wrestling Coach and Jr High Assistant Coach. Coach Hetrick works as a Program Analyst for the US Navy. He lives in Newville with his wife Becky and children Clay and Cord.

Currently Greg works as a National Recruiter for Planet Pharma and lives in Carlisle with his wife, Naomi.

Mike graduated from Big Spring High School in 2000 where he proudly played football, wrestled, and attended Cumberland Perry Vo-Tech for their welding program. After graduation, he focused on working for a local welding shop and riding bulls. In 2005, Mike started up his own company, Clelan's Custom Welding, and eventually ventured away from bull riding and into MMA. In 2013, Mike began assisting as a coach for the youth wrestling program where he is currently involved as the head coach. He has also dedicated a lot of his time as the head coach for the Big Spring Midget Football Pony team, where he was named CFA Coach of the Year in 2021. Mike has a passion for youth sports and has shared that with many young athletes over the years, including his own four children. His heart will always be in Big Spring Athletics, and he's very excited to watch all of the young athletes grow!
