Concussion Training
All student athletes must take a baseline test for concussion protocols. Along with that test, all students will be required to view this video to assist in educating our community on the signs and impact of concussions. Students athletes, parents, and coaches are all responsible for identifying and communicating concussion symptoms.
Sports Physicals
Sports physicals for all PIAA sports for the 2024-2025 school year will be held on June 3rd, 2024 and July 29th 2024. If you are going to be in grades 7th-12th for the 2024-2025 school year and plan on participating in PIAA sports and would like to receive a free sports physical, please sign up for either June 3rd or the July 29th. If you are planning on obtaining a sports physical on your own for next school year the physical must be dated May 1st, 2024 or later.
Sports physicals will take place on Monday, 6/3/24 from 2:00pm – 6:00 pm and Monday, 7/29/24 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm for both high school and middle school student athletes. Sports physicals will take place in the High School adaptive gym. Please enter the school through the doors by the gymnasium.
In order to obtain a physical, you will need to sign up for an allotted time slot using the appropriate link below and you will need to BRING your physical packet completed in its entirety (this includes all parent and student signatures on section 1-5 and explanations to questions answered yes on section 5) with you to the sports physical on either June 3rd or July 29th. If you do not sign up AND bring your physical packet with you, you will NOT obtain a physical.
