Josh is a 1996 graduate of Big Spring and was inducted into the Bulldog Hall of Fame in 2010.  Along the way he has competed as a professional in road cycling, won a world championship in duathlon, and has competed at the highest level in Ironmans, with several visits to the World Championships in Hawaii.  He still enjoys competing in events that spark his interest and uses all of these experiences and stories to inspire and encourage the Bulldogs that cross his path.  He also created and owned a local shoe store that honed his leadership skills and allowed him to serve and help others with their goals and ambitions.

Josh has a loving and understand wife, two amazing boys, and a loyal dog.  They do life's adventures together and enjoy traveling as well as building roots in the area.
