Coaching

Volunteer Coaches must complete these forms and return them to the Athletic Office prior to their first practice. New volunteer coaches must complete the first three forms below. Returning volunteer coaches only need to complete the fourth form (the affidavit). All clearances must be submitted to the Athletic Office as well.

All coaches (paid and volunteer) must complete the two training sessions (Concussion in Sports and Sudden Cardiac Arrest) prior to the start of their seasons. The certificates of completion need to be printed and turned into the Athletic Office.
