The most common firewall issue is to unblock a website. There are three common areas where a website may be blocked:

• Content Filter: This blocks websites based on categories such as porn, illegal sites, malware, etc.
• Application Control: This blocks categories of applications such as games, peer-to-peer sites (like Napster) and proxy-avoidance (back door tunnels intended to avoid the security measures).
• GEO (Country) Filter: There are typically 5 countries that are automatically blocked due to the highest level of risk coming from them. These are China, Germany, Netherlands, Russia and Ukraine.
