You can open your calendar from inside your inbox. To see a quick view of your calendar, click the calendar icon on the right hand side of your inbox. To see more of your calendar, click the ‘Pop Out’ button and it will open the calendar up in a new tab. (Image 1)
You can open your calendar from anywhere, at any time, just like your email. To view your calendar in a browser, go to calendar.google.com.

You can see all of your calendars in one place by clicking the box next to the calendars listed on the left hand side. Each calendar will have a different assigned colour, so you’re able to see what appointments each calendar has booked already. To turn these calendars off and stop seeing their appointments, click the box next to the calendar you wish to stop viewing. (Image 2)

To schedule a meeting, you need to create an event. Click on the day you want to schedule a meeting and it should bring up a box which will allow you to fill out details and invite others to the meeting. In this box, you can change the time too. Once you’re done, click ‘Save’ and it will send the meeting details to everyone invited. Alternatively, you can click the ‘create’ button on the left hand side of the calendar, and click ‘Event’. This will bring up the box to make an event. (Image 3)

Some of you may have meetings that you have each week and you’d like to schedule that into your calendar. Setting this up is similar to creating a normal one off event. Follow the instructions above, but before saving click the date and time. This will expand the options and you’ll be able to choose whether it repeats or not. You can choose how often to repeat the event. (Image 4)

If you are needing to change the owner of a meeting, you don’t need to delete and remake the meeting as you can now change the owner within the details of the event. To do so, click the event once, and then click the three dots and Change Owner. Enter in the email address of the new owner then click ‘Change Owner’. (Image 5)

If you would like someone within the trust to have access to your calendar, you’re able to share this easily. To share your calendar, hover over ‘your name’ on the left hand side of the main calendar window. This should bring up three dots on the right hand side. Click those dots then click ‘Settings and Sharing’ and it will bring up the settings window. (Image 6)
Scroll down until you see ‘Share with specific people’ then ‘Add people’. (Image 7)
Add the email into the window that comes up and set what you want them to see in the drop down box below. Once you’re done, click Send. The user you have shared the calendar with should be able to see your calendar after this.
