Press the SCREEN UP/DN button to lower the screen.
Press the PROJ ON/OFF button to turn on the projector.
For laptp use select either LECTERN LAPTOP HDMI or LECTERN LAPTOP VGA as the projector source (in most instances this will need to be the LECTERN LAPTOP HDMI option).
VIDEO BLANK will mute all video feeds to the projector.
VOL + and VOL - will set the system audio level, it is recommended that this be left at the default level and that any volume control is operated from the laptop.
Additional Projection/audio Sources:
AUDIO MEDIA PLAYER will route all audio through the audio media player (which must be switched on in the lectern cabinet) - bluetooth option is available.
LECTERN MEDIA PLAYER will route all video and audio through the media player (which must be switched on in the lectern cabinet).
LECTERN VIDEO is set to default display the Nintendo Wii (which must be switched on in the lectern cabinet) .
CURTAIN OPEN will open the curtains fully.
CURTAIN CLOSE will close the curtains fully.
CURTAIN STOP will halt the curtains at their current position.
WINTERGARDEN/DANCE STUDIO will mute/unmute all audio in either of these areas in addition to the Devon Hall.
There are two microphone options available which can be booked through the IT department or the venue technician:
Radio Mic
Fixed lectern mic
The volume control for these is preset at an optimal level, however there is a manual volume control on top of the lectern shown in the image to the right; pushing the rotary control will switch between the lectern (A) and radio mic (B) inputs.
In addition to the microphones a lectern light is available by booking.

Press the PROJ ON/OFF button to turn off the projector.
Turn off any additional sources in the lectern cabinet - such as the Media player or Wii.
