Home Support:
Continue to work on multiplication facts at home! This is still very important as we continue to work on multiplication and division
As we discuss responsibility, encourage your child to take personal responsibility for their own learning at school. We've discussed helping ourselves learn by listening, following directions, and staying on task. We also discussed how this helps our friends learn too. Ask your child ways that they took responsibility for their learning at school!
Virtue Focus: What is Responsibility?
Our virtue is responsibility this month! We're specifically talking about what this virtue is and how we can use it in different areas of our lives.
Use this as an opportunity to encourage your child to take on new responsibilities at home! Chores like dishes, folding laundry, sweeping floors, or dusting are great age-appropriate responsibilities that your child can help out with if they don't already!
