SWOT Analysis

Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities & Threats analysis is used by many of the most successful organizations in their strategic planning process. This training was developed for use during such a yearly strategic planning process by the key leadership. The participants worked in table groups to do a SWOT analysis for the organization and then presented their results to the general group.
