This two day coach training seminar was developed as part of an overall strategy to cultivate a culture of coach leadership in with the leaders in the organization develop the individuals that they are responsible for.

The student receive a 300 page workbook to work from during the sessions. They work as pairs to discuss the concepts presented, and to practice the skills learned.
The students are introduced to the concept of utilizing a learning journal to record thoughts and to take notes while they learn.
