Introduction
Hello, my name is Tony Webster, and I am an Instructional Designer, Trainer, and Leadership Development Coach. I have graduated from the University of Arkansas with a MEd in Educational Technologies, which consisted of learning theory, instructional design, and e-learning development. This E-Portfolio was completed as a requirement for the capstone course, ETEC 5981 E-Portfolio, and highlights projects completed for the various courses I took in the program, with a few projects that I did for work while a student. I was a Corporate Trainer & Leadership Development Coach, and also wore the hat of Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager, so there were many built in opportunities to use my developing Instructional Designer skills to satisfy needs at work while meeting course requirements. I have also added an array of courses and seminars that I developed during my professional career.
