This two day training seminar was developed with the permission of David Mann, the author of Creating a Lean Culture.
The seminar is intended to acquaint the participants with the tools that can be used to sustain a Lean Manufacturing environment. The participants are provided with a copy of the book.
The students are broken into groups who work together during the "Break Out" sessions to develop the various tools that are introduced, giving them practical application of the tools and how to use them.
