Facilitating Change

This course was written to serve as the handbook for a Kaizen team leader as he or she embarks on his or her first kaizen facilitation effort. Of course it can be a handy resource through all of the improvement efforts to come.

The guidebook is written in a conversational manner, trying to document as many of the questions one might wish to ask as a Kaizen team leader.

The guidebook also contains the various forms that would prove useful to the team leader.
