This introductory course was introduced to me by Jeff Cardell and Delane Taylor of Value Trak. It is a great class to prep your employees for a lean implementation, and establishes a common language for improvement. Having participated with Jeff and Delane in several of these classes, we continued to use the course as we introduced successive rounds of employees to Lean Manufacturing principles. I later tailored the content to teach the class at a company in Vancouver Washington. Jeff and Delane are currently with KPI Capital Partners
This is a really enjoyable and informative course for both the learners and the teachers!
